Welcome To PIRC PhotoImpact Snapshots

PhotoImpact Snapshots are mini tutorials that are quick and easy to use. They are small images which you can download and open in your workspace or for quick access you can even add them to your Easy Palette.

These Snapshots have been created by various users of PhotoImpact and are the copyright of each individual author. They may not be redistributed or altered in any way. Many of the Snapshots were written for older versions of PhotoImpact but can easily be adapted to the version you are using. If you have any questions regarding a particular Snapshot, please contact the author directly.

Below are samples of the snapshots.

The Snapshot idea came to life in the year of 2001. Many people contributed to its success with their snapshots. A few years later, the original site owner went on to other things and the snapshot site became dormant. People created new Snapshots, but there was no one to add them. Fortunately, Sheryl Redden and Rita Kuhn volunteered to bring the Snapshot concept back to life with a fresh new look and a new site. All of the old Snapshots have been incorporated into this new site and we are looking forward to many new additions.

Creating a Snapshot is fun and easy. All you have to do is add your content to the template and send it back to us. Easy right!! You would be surprised at how many of those little tips and tricks you use all the time are unknown to others. If you are interested in creating a Snapshot to add to the collection, please read the Guidelines for more details and then join us at a great place full of activities, the PIRC Forum.
